Little ones join Tara Arseneault for 45 minutes of non-stop fun, movement, and exercise! Drop off the kids for games, stretching, and active play. Meanwhile, parents are invited to join our 'Mom's Time Out' program running simultaneously. Unwind, socialize, and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation.
