There are some eligibility requirements for this free service.For those institutions that permit a library to proctor exams, the Library Manager will offer this service.  The fee for this service is $20 per exam for MPL cardholders and $30 for non-cardholders.  The invigilation service fee does not include any additional costs for printing, postage, and/or scanning, all of which are the student's responsibility.  The available hours for invigilation services are 10:30 am to 3:00 pm Tuesday through Friday, depending on the Library Manager's schedule.  The student is responsible for ensuring that all exam materials are delivered to the invigilator within 48 hours of the scheduled exam time. If not, the exam time will need to be rescheduled.Arrangements for invigilation services can be made by phone or email.  Please call or contact mayerthorpepl@yrl.ab.ca to discuss your exam invigilation requirements.

As funding for these positions is provided under the Canada Summer Jobs grant, eligible applicants will be between the ages of 15 and 30.
