Ever wonder what we do with the donations we receive?
We want to share some of the recent improvements and purchases that we have made at the library with donations that we received from you!
A purchase of children's books made with donations made to the Friends of the Mayerthorpe Public Library Society.
Graphic novels and manga purchases were made with a donation from the Grad Class of 2020.
Our awesome 50th Anniversary party would not have been possible without all the amazing volunteers who came out to help us or without donations we received from the Pembina West Co-op, the UFA and the Province of Alberta, Alberta Day grant.
Thank you to the Kinette Club of Mayerthorpe, the Friends of the Library Society and the Pembina West Co-op Keep it Local Program which made the purchase of a new projector possible.
Cabinets installed in the library meeting room were funded by donations from C&G Cabinets, the Pembina West Co-op Keep it Local Program, the Pembina West Co-op Staff Jeans Friday Program, the Town of Mayerthorpe and the Friends of the Library Society.
Coming Soon . . . a new sign for the library! The new signage will be funded by a donation that we received from the Pembina West Co-op, Keep it Local Program.
